60 Disciplinary measures
Section titled “60 Disciplinary measures”For the purposes of paragraph 39I(2)(b) of the Act, a marriage celebrant may be required to undertake any one or more of the following:
(a) one or more professional development activities that are set out in a statement in force under subsection 53(3);
(b) a Certificate IV in Celebrancy;
