23 Power to examine on oath or affirmation
Section titled “23 Power to examine on oath or affirmation”(1) A Judge or magistrate holding an inquiry may examine a person on oath or affirmation and, for that purpose:
(a) may require the person to take an oath or make an affirmation; and
(b) may administer an oath or affirmation to the person.
